By accessing or using InventoryAI ("the Service"), operated by Ahmed Zahid ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
InventoryAI is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that uses artificial intelligence to analyze inventory data, detect slow-moving and dead stock, and provide recovery recommendations. The Service includes features such as CSV import, AI analysis, alerts, demand forecasting, and reporting.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
InventoryAI offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Payments are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
If you are not satisfied with InventoryAI, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds are provided with no questions asked and no conditions. To request a refund, contact us at support@getinventoryai.com. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
You retain ownership of all inventory data you upload to the Service. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you. You may export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) upload malicious files or content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; (d) reverse engineer the Service; (e) resell or redistribute the Service without permission.
The AI analyses, recommendations, and forecasts provided by InventoryAI are suggestions only. They are not financial, business, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for any business decisions made based on the Service's output.
InventoryAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
