- Business information: business type, industry, country, and optional business context details you provide.
- Inventory data: product names, SKUs, quantities, prices, and dates you upload or enter.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, and analysis history.
- Payment information: processed securely by Paddle. We do not store your card details.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and improve the InventoryAI service.
- To run AI analysis on your inventory and generate recommendations.
- To send you alerts, notifications, and account-related emails.
- To process subscription payments.
- To respond to support requests.
3. What We Do NOT Do
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We do not share your inventory data with other users or companies.
- We do not use your data to train AI models beyond your own analysis.
- We do not display ads or share data with advertisers.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit. Authentication is handled through Supabase Auth with industry-standard security practices. Payment processing is handled by Paddle, which is PCI DSS compliant.
5. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data (inventory, alerts, analyses, profile) is permanently deleted within 30 days. You can export your data at any time before deletion.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data at any time through the Settings page.
- Export your inventory data as CSV from the Inventory page.
- Correct your personal information through Settings.
- Delete your account and all associated data through Settings.
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
8. Third-Party Services
- Supabase: database and authentication hosting.
- Paddle: payment processing.
- Vercel: application hosting.
- AI providers: inventory analysis (your data is sent for analysis only and not retained by AI providers).
9. Children's Privacy
InventoryAI is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.
